I've cooked a frozen turkey. Williams-Sonoma has cooked a frozen turkey. Many others have tried it and it is super easy and pretty good!
I can't remember where I first heard about cooking a frozen turkey but I've done it a few times and it comes out great. Yes I mean putting that frozen turkey straight from wrapper in the oven.
No thaw, no brine, no nothing!
Is it safe? Yes.
Does it take forever? No just a little longer.
Is it easy? Nothing could be easier.
